  Taz from TJC Fire & Electrical came to my house and carried out a lot of work for me, and I honestly couldn’t be happier with the service. From start to finish he was professional, reliable, and clearly takes great pride in his work. Everything was completed to a very high standard, with great attention to detail, and he made sure everything was tidy before leaving. Taz was friendly, knowledgeable, and explained everything clearly, which gave me real confidence in the work being done. It’s hard to find tradespeople this trustworthy and hardworking these days. I would highly recommend TJC Fire & Electrical to anyone looking for quality workmanship and excellent customer service. Absolutely brilliant experience – 5 stars!

  Good communication organising th einspection - however the actual day of the inspection the operative was not overly helpful

We’re sorry to hear that you felt the experience on the day didn’t fully reflect that. Our intention is always to be helpful, clear, and thorough during every visit. On this occasion, the operative arrived on time, works were completed within the agreed timeframe, all findings were discussed on site, and certification was provided promptly as requested, aswell as the quote for the additional works, prior to the AGM meeting, as requested. That said, we take your comments seriously and will review this internally to ensure we continue improving the experience we provide on the day of inspection.   I discovered this excellent company online and would highly recommend their services. Their pricing was by far the most competitive compared to the other four companies I researched. Communication was prompt and efficient from the outset, and they were quick to arrange the work. Taz, who carried out the EICR, was friendly, professional, and maintained a clean and tidy workspace throughout. The work was completed quickly and efficiently to a high standard. The office team, particularly Grace, were consistently prompt in their responses and maintained a high level of professionalism throughout the process.   These guys were great. Very professional and efficient. The quote was good and the booking process was easy. Grace in the office was really responsive and helpful and Taran who carried out the work was very knowledgeable and professional. I had 3 jobs booked back to back and all 3 went well. Taran arrived early and was very friendly and got the work done well and in good time (faster than I thought). They were also very helpful with some extra bits I needed done in am emergency and really saved my bacon. I'm going to be using them again. Dave
