  I had bad Sunday early morning as soon as we switched on the kettle. The house alarm never goes off. I had to call multiple number for a quick connect to sort the issue. With very less hope I called Sourthen electrician. As soon as the gentleman picked my call I got some hope. Jonathan was absolutely brilliant and sort the issue quick over phone and some WhatsApp photo exchange. I had zero knowledge about the issue and he was able to guide me in detail over phone. I managed to sort the issue in minutes following his instructions. I really appreciate his help.

  I cleverly drilled through a mains cable in the wall: there were sparks, smoke, and the breaker tripped. I phone Southern Electrical Services UK and they were with me within the hour, confirmed the problem, and quickly fixed it. Fairly priced, especially for fixing the issue so quickly, and I really appreciate the fact that they tidied up and filled the hole - I have never had an electrician offer to do that before! Thanks for saving me from my DIY!
