  omd omd....ive had this system for 3 years now n ive not had any issues ....but for some reason i forgot the password on the device so i rung the company explained what has happened an the admin put me through to a engineer. His name is ZAHER.. he is an absolute gem i didnt know how to explain but he helped me so much and we got into the system. Even though it took him less than 10 mins for me it was so stressful but he made easy. Thank u so much ur a good team player n effeicient very good professional who knows his role and good intuition

  I had an emergency on Monday 2nd Feb I couldn't set my alarm via application. they came to my rescue within an hour. excellent work guys

  The security team that lookafter my current residence (especially Achmed) and the director of the company Jeanette went out of their way to help me when I was having trouble to keep my motorbike safe. They went out if their way to try and secure me a parking space within the building and I couldn't thank them enough for their kindness and support. They are all very friendly and very easy to talk to. Jeanette even made sure to call me and check up on me to see if there is anything else she could help me with. Would highly recommend this team without a doubt. Thank you again

  I want to leave a complaint about this company, which is not to be trusted, I paid 250 for my door supervisor course in January I did the course filling from 9 in the morning until 16:00 oh 17:00 in the afternoon, when the day of the exam came, we all had to do the exam on paper and pencil which is not reliable at all, And today, May 1st, 4 months have passed and they didn't send me any results of the exam or contact me, I had to contact them to see what was happening. On top of that when I contacted the manager Jorge and told him that I want my money back, and he told me that I have to do the course again, and I am not available to start and attend the classes, from my point of view this company is not professional at all, and above all they do not want to return the money after waiting 4 months
