  Had a great experience with Hart Electrics. They were punctual, professional, and completed the job to a high standard. Communication was clear throughout, and everything was left clean and tidy. I’d definitely use them again and highly recommend their services! Thankyou guys x

  Friendly guy, but the usual problem with Lancashire culture, they promise you to do the work but disappear so unfortunately I won't be recommending them. Response to the recent reply 28 04 2025: Yes exactly, the story does tell itself because you never showed up. I chased you up and you kept on lying to me that you are waiting for the parts which was just a lie because the job is too small for you. The review is genuine and perfectly fair for someone like you who consistently lie to people. The fact that you are upset about it shows that you are not a professional.

  What's "Lancashire culture" then? If you were unsatisfied with work completed, then at first attempt we would immediately remedy whatever was needed. Failing that then a review I'd say would be justified. To not even carry out work for you and recieve a negative review like this tells a story in itself. Not only is it unfair, I don't even recall visiting a property for you. Message me directly and tell me which job then! Believe me I've lost no sleep.

  We lost all power Saturday evening and we couldn’t work out why. Jordan has done work for us in the past so I rang him and he came out to us Sunday morning. His calm, confident and professional manner went a long way to reduce our stress levels. He quickly diagnosed the problem and got on to Electricity North West to organise an engineer who came very promptly. 3 hours after my phone call to Jordan it was fixed and ‘normal service’ was resumed! Jordan also texted to check on progress during the morning and phoned to make sure everything was sorted. Couldn’t ask for more.
