  ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Excellent service from start to finish Ralph and Rob did a brilliant job on both of my EV charger installations. Communication throughout was clear and professional, the work was carried out exactly as discussed, and everything was left extremely tidy. Rob’s workmanship on site was spot on — neat, well thought through, and clearly done with care. Very happy with the end result.

  First class service from beginning to end. My installation was not straightforward (we installed a 22 kWh charger) but Rob took it as a challenge, in contrast to 2 prior firms I contact who said they only did basic installs. The quotation and paperwork, handled by Ralph, explainined everything, including in our case the government subsidy which they handled, and were professional and comprehensive. The work itself was carried out on time and really neatly. I recommend Selfcharge to anyone in the Bath area thinking of installing a charger, especially if there are a few complexities that need sorting out. Many thanks Rob and Ralph.

  Fantastic service from first contact all the way to installation and commissioning. Great advice from experts in the field, and a first class job fitting a home charger some way from the house, requiring groundwork - all done exactly when they said it would be. Thank you Rob!

  Absolutely delighted. Highly recommend Selfcharge to install an EV. A great experience throughout from the initial survey to the installation and commissioning. Particularly pleasing ...site survey identifying the most practical and aesthetic routing of the cable from the meter box through the house to the rear parking space....clean/tidy/respectful working....timely & clear communication/updates ..... and consistent friendly/courteous manner of both Ralph and Rob.

  Really happy with my EV charger install. There was a bit of ground work involved, but everything was done with great care and attention to detail. The finish is neat and tidy—clearly a quality job. It’s obvious they take pride in their work, definitely recommended!

  From the first visit, which was conducted in a really down to earth, reflective way, analysing the situation and visualising the best set up for our particular requirements, Rob was helpful, carefully nd clearly explaining the alternatives, with no pressure or bias. And having established the best system for us, with very little wait and totally at our convenience, he came and installed what had been agreed, fitting the control system for the charger into our rather cramped electrical system elegantly and with minimal fuss. His professionalism and work style was reassuring and he has installed the units in and out in a most unobtrusive and neat way. The whole process from start to finish was excellent and we would recommend this firm unreservedly to anyone.
