  After meeting Jon for the quote I found him to be efficient and extremely professional, my 1st impression was “my god I’m going to start with the top of the tree!” I’m thinking “I can’t afford this company”, however I couldn’t have been farther from the truth, their attention to detail, knowledge and professionalism was superb and a very competitive quote, my house in Burbage was an older house with many, many obstacles, Jon’s team led by Harry kept me informed throughout the whole process, there were a lot of issues. When you are purchasing an older house for your 83yr old mother it has to be right, Jon’s company is just right, some times life happens, no one is 100% perfect 100% of the time, but nothing was too much for Jon’s team, Harry even offered to attend after hours to connect a power source over the weekend. I will definitely be contacting Jon in the near future for a security system. Thank you from myself my sister and my mum for everything, will forward pictures when it’s completed. 🙏🏼

  Jon provided me with some free advice and instructions when my washing machine broke so I could fix the problem myself without needing to pay for an electrician, incredibly helpful and friendly - would definitely contact again in the future!

  Good communication from Jon and the Lee and Rhys who carried out work were great.The job turned into a bit of a hassle due a to fault and they just carried on and got it sorted, much appreciated and would highly recommend 👍
