  Absolutely fantastic service from start to finish! The EV charger installation was completed to a really high standard and everything was explained clearly along the way. Alex was friendly, professional, and left everything tidy once the job was finished. The charger works brilliantly and the whole process was stress-free. He advised us on the best priced product to suit our needs. We are so happy with the result and would highly recommend Alex and Pailey Electrial Services to anyone looking to have an EV charger fitted!

  I cannot recommend Alex highly enough. From start to finish, he went above and beyond in every aspect of the job. His timekeeping was excellent, always arriving when promised and kept us updated throughout the work. Communication was clear, professional, and honest, which made the whole process stress free. What really stood out was how trustworthy and reliable he was, on several occasions we left Alex and his team a key to our house. The quality of workmanship was outstanding and it was obvious he takes real pride in what he does. I would not hesitate to recommend him to anyone looking for a skilled and dependable electrician who goes above and beyond to ensure costumers get what they require. A rare find!

  Issues with smoking sockets and possible rewire, alex came out sharpish and fixed socket issues and came up with extra and cheaper solutions to check wiring. Excellent electricians and very nice and polite people to talk with, couldn't ask for more.

  We used Pailey electrical services to complete an electrical safety check ahead of selling our property and the service was excellent. They were able to book us in quickly and the work was carried out on a Sunday morning in a busy family environment. I would definitely recommend them.
