  Fantastic job and a great experience with Hampton Electrical from start to finish. Jamie is easy to talk to and was extremely knowledgable, obviously has a ton of experience - he made some great suggestions for our electrical needs as well as some solid recommendations for other work that needed doing around the house. The quality of Jamie and Jake's work as well as the communication throughout meant it was a pleasure to deal with them and we would happily recommend Hampton Electrical.

  ★★★★★ Outstanding emergency service – went above and beyond! I was in the middle of a busy workday when, out of nowhere, the power in my house started behaving very strangely – lights flickering, appliances cutting out, the works. I called several local electricians, but either no one was available or the quotes were ridiculously expensive. A friend recommended Hampton Electrical & Security, so I gave them a call and spoke to Jamie. I explained the situation and, incredibly, Jamie organised for someone to come out the very same day. They got temporary power restored so we could at least run the heating and keep the house warm overnight – a huge relief with a young family. First thing the next morning, Jamie and his team (a big shout-out to Jake too!) were at my door. Within just a couple of hours they had diagnosed the problem, replaced the faulty consumer unit, and fully restored power. They also carried out a thorough inspection of the entire electrical system to make sure everything was safe and up to standard. I honestly couldn’t have asked for better service. In an age where good customer service feels increasingly rare, Jamie and his team truly went out of their way to help us. The quick turnaround not only kept us warm through a cold night but had everything fixed properly the very next day. Service like this is genuinely hard to come by. I would 100% recommend Hampton Electrical & Security to anyone – friendly, professional, fairly priced, and they actually care. Thank you Jamie, Jake, and the whole team for looking after us so well. If you’re looking for electricians you can trust in an emergency (or any time), these are your people!

  Hampton Electrical & Security installed internal and external CCTV cameras on my property. The service was fantastic, they replied quickly and were very professional throughout. The cameras are very discrete and positioned for maximum coverage. Overall I am very happy and would not hesitate to recommend their services.

  Recommended by a family member, I called Jamie to ask for a quote to connect an outdoor sauna heater to our power supply. He came when arranged and was very thorough in explaining what work was required and providing solutions to potential problems. His quote was very reasonable and a suitable date for the work to be carried out was agreed. Jamie was in regular contact in the days leading up to the job to make sure everything was in place before work could commence (I had to have my energy supplier come out to fit a meter isolator). On the day, Jamie came with two other electricians, all of them were considerate in taking their shoes off when entering the house. The work to be undertaken was clearly explained and Jamie checked with me that I was happy with certain stages, for example, showing me where he intended to drill a hole in the sauna building floor for the cable to be fed through, and making sure I was happy with that. I was also told when we would be without power and how long for. The work was completed in good time and Jamie showed me everything that had done. They tidied everything after them before leaving. I was very happy with the work completed and with how they conducted themselves.

  Really happy with the installation of my security camera system and additional electrical work Jamie and his team have done from Hampton Electrical. Jamie has been great from the start, really good at communication and keeping you updated. He does a thorough job and ensures everything works seamlessly. Would definitely recommend.   Jamie and the team have been fantastic. From initial quote to completion I can't fault their workmanship. They installed some outdoor lighting and an outdoor socket to our new home. Nice guys, highly skilled, very tidy and great attention to detail throughout. Even did a few extras for me on the day. Glad I chose this company over other quotes. Thank you. Highly recommend, will be using them again.
