  RCD tripped on December 31st. After patiently guiding me over the phone in an attempt to restore my power, nothing worked. They showed up the next day, January 1st, when usually nothing moves and sorted the issue. Very professional, knowledgeable and punctual. Cannot thank you enough for the provided service.

  Although he couldn’t attend in person due to the late hour, he kindly offered to guide me through the issue via video call instead. He was very professional, patient, and clear with his explanations, and in the end we successfully solved the problem with my tripped fuse box.   I had a problem with my RCD tripping and all my downstair lights went off. Spoke with Taheer at Electrical Folks who talked me through the process of elimination to identify and resolve the fault. This was early today morning. Cannot praise him enough for the help. Highly recommended him and his team! All this free of charge!🤩
