  I had a bad experience with one of the staff member Mr Vikarant Kumar at Arnold Clark. I had blocked a car with 99 pounds and then he…. started to call me continuously asking me questions and forcing too much I told him just give me a time to think I already blocked the car with money but still he is like forcing me and bit rude, he initiated the refund without letting me know Feels very bad with his behaviour

  Excellent service by Khamr (Kay) he was very helpful from the start and made the process of swapping my car in for a new one so easy and smooth! He asked me what I was looking for and found a car exactly like it and made sure the price was also within my range. Khamr had a supportive and friendly approach as well as great communication and knowledge through the whole process. He still checked up after the purchase! Thanks Kay! Would definitely recommend to family and friends!

  Great service, we went to a nearby dealer expecting it to be good, but it was awful. As we’d made quite a long journey to get there, we googled nearby car dealers and ended up going here, to find them 100% better, great service and we got a good deal on a car.

  Friday evening car engine light came on, so I called Arnold Clark. Arranged to take car in on the monday. Diagnostics were completed on Monday, the issue was quickly identified, and the required parts were ordered. The car was repaired and returned to me by Thursday. Great communication throughout the whole process — I was kept updated at every stage. Very pleased with the service.

  I went here looking for a car I had seen online. Kkamr was brilliant, showed me the car I was looking for and even found me one the same with lower mileage which I ended up buying. He was also great with my grandson who spent the whole buying process laughing. I'm very happy with the car and the service I have received.

  The best salesman ever = Khamr Rahman His warm smile welcomes you into Arnold Clark like a ray of sunshine. He listens to your needs & explains what is in stock in branch & elsewhere. We knew exactly what we wanted & Khamr's advice on top of that proved beneficial. We purchased a car, ordering it from a different branch to be delivered to West Bromwich. Khamr kept in touch with messages throughout the process, telling us when the car was on it's way, when it arrived, being checked over & being washed and valeted. Then we received a video showing us the entire car, inside & out, with brilliant commentary! On collection day, Khamr gave us some Arnold Clark goodies & we went on our way. A few small issues needed to be sorted & all were arranged to be done in one day by Khamr after the purchase. He is the best salesman, who becomes a friend. He keeps you in the loop along the entire journey. Thank you Khamr...we love our new car & will be recommending you to all our friends. Mum said you're better than the Clubcard points she was hoping for 🤣

  Fantastic experience with Arnold Clarke, we honestly could’nt of asked for a better experience.Peter Taylor was very professional and went above and beyond to meet our needs. The communication was excellent and Peter was there to answer every single question we had no matter what time of day it was if I messaged or called. There was no pushy sales experience which is what put us off using other companies. As me and my partner are quite young we felt as though we were taken seriously unlike some other places we’d been too.Peter was approachable and very helpful. Our new car needed to be brought over from Scotland, today after 5 days we drove away with our car with no hassle at all. It was such a fast and easy process from start to finish, once the car had arrived into the branch we received good quality photos and videos from Peter himself through the Arnold Clarke app. The app is great for updates and an easy way to read all documentation and paper work making the pick up of your car so easy. Our car was ready to pick up today and we are so pleased with our new car- it was absolutely spotless and everything had been checked thoroughly. Thank you to Peter for helping us find a car, we had a very positive experience and will definitely be using in the future.
