  From the minute I placed the order up until it was installed Cord were absolutely fantastic!! They kept me updated as my order was being processed and Richard Kelly was able to update me with the survey results as they came available explaining my options for the installation. Cord were the only company that gave me up to 30m of cable as standard, which really helped improve my options for the installation. On installation day there was a storm going over which was terrible, however Owain (From Plug Me In) never batted an eyelid and installed everything to plan, fortunately it did dry up for the last hour or so for him to commission everything. Really tidy job (considering the weather) and a really friendly lad, need more people like him in this world, nothing was too much for him. No complaints whatsoever with the whole process and very highly recommended for an EV charger at home.

  Fantastic experience from Cord EV in getting our electric charger installed. With a very old house and complex installation, Cord kept us in constant contact and made sure we were part of the journey from start to finish. And more importantly, it is doing just the job in charging the car!! Thank you very much!

  I've just had my Cord Ev charger installed and it looks brilliant, I'm really impressed with how smart it looks. Now charging my car couldn't be any easier, the app is really straight forward to use also. From start to finish Cord have been extremely helpful and professional, I would highly recommend them!   We had a cord ev charger installed a few days ago. The service was faultless from start to finish. Having looked at some alternatives and getting confused by all the requirements to send photos of fuse boxes and draw sketches of my house, I came across Cord who stated they would do it all for me. When I bought the charger I booked a date for a home surveyor to come around who did all of this, and then when the electrician arrived to install the charger a few days later they had all the information they needed. Email communications were excellent. I had a couple of questions which their customer support answered quickly. I don't know much about ev chargers but it's doing the job of charging my car overnight and I don't need to worry about using public charging anymore. Highly recommend for anybody looking for a hassle free ev installation.
