  If anyone has past experience of dealing with the biggest comms company in Britain, think of what went wrong with your project and what could have been done better, then next time choose a company like VSL who are the antithesis of that. Good people to deal with, easy to contact. we have 1 site left to migrate out of 14 and the issues we have had are small, and probably mostly our fault. would i use them again. Definitely.

  During the half-term, Campsbourne Junior School's telephone system was successfully upgraded. VSL engineers managed the transition smoothly, with only a few minor technical issues that were quickly resolved. I am very pleased with the professionalism and efficiency of their service.

  I have managed vendors and partners for the best part of two decades and consider myself to be quite critical. VSL have been a very strong partner, they have consistently pulled out all the stops to assist me with various, no-notice projects, large-scale changes, upgrades... The list is never-ending. Their engineers are very skilled, you won't be passed around teams and individuals until eventually you get the right answer. They also go above and beyond when you need it, no surprise invoices, just honest, hard-working people. Happy to highly recommend (and that's a very small list)

  I have used VSL Networks for our office telephony for over 25 years. The team has excellent knowledge of their systems, respond quickly to requests and give excellent training. Highly recommended.

  Our company have used VSL for many years and they are great at supporting our Mitel environment and Toshiba before that. Tickets are dealt with in a timely manner and they have a broad knowledgebase as well as a great relationship with Mitel.
